What is The. Pipeline Project?
The. Pipeline Project is a workforce initiative connecting Career & Technical Education (CTE) students with exciting, hands-on careers in the ski and mountain resort industry. We work with schools, resorts, and industry partners to build real pathways—from the classroom to the chairlift—through career exploration events, industry-recognized credentials, and work-based learning. Our goal? To fuel the next generation of lift mechanics, snowmakers, trail builders, and more.
